Richt is the second apple of our farm. She was evaluated as a Third Premie mare at the 2002 FHANA Friesian Inspection in Pomona, California. She just missed Ster status, but is solidly a higher quality Friesian mare.
Richt displays the very pretty Tsjerk head, somewhat more refined and modern, with a slight dish, and very large eyes. Her conformation leans to the square side, more on the Baroque, with a very tight trot and suspension. She is a very open-hearted horse, and is much more "fiery" when excited, but willing and cooperative. As with Seaske, she is very bonded to her people, especially to Scott, and easy to handle.
A breeding is in her future, and we anticipate a foal with high qualities and prospects.
